A Transformative Circle for Social Change Leaders takes place May through June and is offered in two parts.
May: An Extended 1:1 Insight Session with Gina
In this 90 minute private session, you set your intention for the course, so you will be laser-focused on the value and outcome you most want to achieve. How do you want to feel different in your life and/or your life’s work by the end of June?
Reflection questions prep you for your 1:1 session focused on your leadership and your vision.
An Insight Session is like receiving wise counsel from a spiritual board of advisors. Clients say it resonates so precisely that it doesn’t seem to come from outside of them at all. It is giving voice to your deep inner knowing.
Everything is from love and supports your free will. No predictions, no must do’s. Just an empathic perspective, customized guidance, and uplifting energy for your personal and professional choices.

To kick start your course Gina uses her tools as an Advanced Akashic Records Practitioner and Master Healer to guide you to dissolve confusion and create clarity about your vision, organization, or project.

June: Five Weekly Live Online Classes
Every Wednesday evening in virtual community from 5 to 7:30 pm PT (June 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30).
Building on the self-knowledge you deepened in your 1:1 session with Gina, you will connect weekly with the Circle of up to 12 fellow social change leaders and progress through five highly interactive live virtual sessions facilitated by Gina.
The course modules have been designed combining Gina’s decades of expertise as a strategic facilitator for visionary leaders with her gifts as an Advanced Akashic Records Practitioner and Master Healer.
Through weekly modules you will immerse in five steps to unleash your fullest life and most strategic impact:

A one-of-a-kind shared space will be held each week as Gina guides the group through exercises for each module, optionally deepened through “homework” and ongoing private group online engagement.

Gina has many things in common with the visionary leaders she supports: a lifelong commitment to social justice, impressive credentials, decades of experience, and a belief that her best work is still ahead of her.
What she also shares with her Rise To Your Vision clients is a deep desire to accelerate and amplify their visions so that life as we know it gets better: systems, policies, programs, services, communities, neighborhoods, families, and the planet itself.
For over 25 years she’s honed her skills as a leadership consultant, including an ongoing focus on strategic planning in the social sector since 2003. She was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate with honors in psychology and a religious studies minor, a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs, and the faculty’s outstanding student for her MBA.
All her life she has been animated by a spiritual light. Since 2017 she has been studying the Akashic Records and is an Advanced Practitioner and Master Healer. This gift is one of life’s greatest delights. Gina applies three decades of experience as a facilitator to guide the process. Each of the five live classes is designed to share the air time: It is just the right balance between individual, paired, and whole-group experiences. All will spark the insights that you can apply immediately in your life and life’s work. And there will be opportunities to ask your specific individual questions along the way, including a 1:1 mini-Insight Session in the Circle.
Small Circle of Experienced Leaders Like You
The circle will be a maximum of 12 leaders. Confidentiality will be explicitly required. The tone will be collaborative, supportive, and welcoming the messiness and the evolution of big leaders up to big visions. A collective wisdom emerges born of what each leader brings, as well as the commitment to hold each other’s intentions for the course. Each week there will be points of integration to share your insights and hear from others.
Customize the Time You Put Into the Program
The only required elements of the program are the initial 90-minute 1:1 session with Gina and five weekly 2.5-hour live virtual circles. All of the “homework” is designed to be optional. You’ll receive many additional tools and bonuses to help you go deeper and practice daily. Even if you find you need to accordion your time investment, so to speak, you will still get all the program benefits. You’ll have lifetime access to the other tools in the online classroom to try them out when the time is right for you. The most important thing is to allow the course to help you “tend and befriend” yourself, your vision, and your new community of other changemakers.
